MDP Tax and Accounting is a registered business name operating under TAP (Tax Agent Pathway), ABN 27 631 266 987. We are part of the Tax Agent Pathway group of Tax Agents (Tax Agent Number: 26113206) and work in association with HTA Taxation Services Pty Ltd (Tax Agent Number: 25500318).
For taxation purposes, MDP Tax and Accounting operates under supervision and training, ensuring that all tax returns are reviewed by two qualified accountants — including myself — to maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional integrity.
All public accounting and bookkeeping-related services are conducted under my individual ABN 78 699 625 088 (George Cosmin Gramnea), while all tax-related work is undertaken under the TAP structure as part of the Tax Agent Pathway group.
Our work is performed in accordance with the APES 110 Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including Independence Standards) and all relevant professional and ethical requirements. While we do not conduct audits or reviews, we are committed to providing ethical, accurate, and client-focused accounting and taxation services. We adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and maintain compliance with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) professional standards.

That’s how MDP Tax and Accounting began — as a professional yet approachable accounting service designed to make things easier for everyday Australians. We operate under TAP (Tax Agent Pathway), ABN 27 631 266 987, within the Tax Agent Pathway group of Tax Agents (Tax Agent Number: 26113206) and in association with HTA Taxation Services Pty Ltd (Tax Agent Number: 25500318).
